Miracle Mint

Miracle Mint was a new venture for me creatively and artistically.  This project required a tight turnaround so I had to utilize efficiency in the execution.  Much of the 3D was designed and rendered out the first week and kept very minimal. 3D Compositing, 2D artwork and most of the “bells and whistles” were reserved for the second week. 2D Character animation’s were tackled using a new approach of IK chain’s in After Effect’s.
The demographic was large, the message contained a lot of content, so there was a design challenge to communicate properly in 30/60 seconds. I think taking a simplistic, fun, clean approach in the design helped all the content in the messaging stand out to the viewer. I truly did enjoy waking up every morning knowing I had this project on my plate and especially knowing I had such a great team behind me to see it through. Just think if we had one more week! Like Lenny Solis says, “It’s not done, it’s DUE”.
